$125M bond

The Union SD Measure R program is split between deferred maintenance projects and new construction. The program will accomplish re-roofs and HVAC replacements through full classroom replacements, play structures and new athletics facilities.

$95M bond

TBK provides turnkey program and construction management services for entirety of Measure J, which includes the reconstruction of Lomita Park Elementary School, campus modernizations and deferred maintenance projects.

$284M bond

The MUSD Measure AA program spanned the gamut of project types, delivery methods and sizes. Projects included a few hundred thousand dollar low bid fencing replacements to $105M lease

leaseback full campus replacement.

Measure Z is a comprehensive upgrade to facilities across the district, including new gymnasiums, replacement of running tracks, necessary upgrades to infrastructure and modernizations of aging facilities.

The Salinas City Elementary School District's bond programs involve many types of projects.  TBK provides turnkey program and construction management services on their kitchen and multi-purpose room buildings and new classroom construction across 5 of their campuses.

Measure C: $275M bond

Measure GG: $275M bond

TBK provides program and construction management services for approximately 50% of FUHSD projects. TBK is involved in design development of all projects.

$195M bond

TBK provided program and construction management services for part of the bond.  TBK was brought on board to assist with revisions to front end documents

as well as contractor outreach for the purpose of building their pool of prequalified contractors. In addition, TBK helped on board a new Construction Management firm to the District.
