 As President, Travis leads the company with a practical mindset and a deep understanding of school construction. He’s a licensed general contractor and has served as Facilities Director for both Merced Union and Cupertino Union School Districts. Travis has also been called on as an expert in construction litigation and spent six years on the CASH Legislative Advisory Committee. He stays closely involved in every project and brings a steady, solutions-focused perspective to everything we do. 

 As Secretary/Treasurer, Bonnie handles the day-to-day administrative and financial operations of the business. But her impact goes far beyond the numbers. As a steady presence in the company, Bonnie plays a quiet but impactful role in shaping the company’s culture. She brings warmth, dependability, and an unwavering commitment to the team.  She offers support in ways that are deeply felt across the organization. 

Ryan brings almost 15 years of specialized experience in school construction, with expertise spanning all major project delivery methods, including design-build, lease-leaseback, and traditional design-bid-build. His extensive knowledge of preconstruction processes and prefabrication techniques enables him to streamline project timelines and deliver high-quality, cost-effective results.

Kyle Kirk serves as a Project Manager at TBK Construction Management, where his meticulous organizational skills and attention to detail drive the success of every project he oversees. Kyle is deeply focused on tracking every phase of the construction process, while proactively identifying and addressing potential challenges.

Eddie brings strong work ethic, clear communication, and a consistently positive attitude to every job site. He approaches his work with focus, reliability, and a willingness to go the extra mile.
